Can’t find emails from SketchAndCalc?

Follow these steps to improve deliverability of emails from SketchAndCalc.

Step 1

Search all emails in your account for the term SketchAndCalc without spaces.

Important: Many email clients / providers do not allow searching of messages in the Spam or Junk folder.

If you do find emails from SketchAndCalc in Spam or Junk, move them into your Inbox or mark them as not Spam, this tells the Spam filters that emails from SketchAndCalc are valid.

Step 2

Add the @sketchandcalc.com domain or support@sketchandcalc.com address to your email Whitelist.

Step 3

If you have an Email / IT team that manages email for you, ask them to whitelist the @sketchandcalc.com domain.

If after following these three steps you are unable to receive email from us please contact us at support@sketchandcalc.com
